Green rice
- 4 cups Basmati Rice
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Mint
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 6 nos cloves
- 6 nos cinnamon
- 3 nos cardamom
- 2 nos onion (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Ginger and garlic paste
- Water-6 cups
Preparation:
1)Blanch all the green leafy vegetables and grind them into a paste together.

2)Add oil to the pan,add
cloves,cardamom,cinnamon and sauté them.
3)add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for
few seconds.
4)add the chopped onions and sauté them till
the onions become transparent.
5)add the green leafy paste to the pan,mix
well,allow it to cook foe few minutes until the boils appear.
6)add the rice and mix well.add water,salt and
cover the pan with a lid.
7)allow it to cook,after the rice is
cooked,garnish with coriander.
