Spinach and cheese momo recipe






                                                   Spinach and cheese momo

Ingredients:

For The Dough:


For The Filling:
  • 2 cups choped spinach
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder 

Method :
For the Dough:
1. Combine the plain flour, oil in a deep bowl, mix well and knead to a stiff dough with water.Keep aside.

For the filling:
  1. Heat the oil, add the onions, garlic and ginger paste and saute on a high flame.
  2. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame, add salt, black pepper and grated cheese and mix well. Keep aside.



How to proceed

1. Roll the dough thin and cut into 4”-5” rounds.
2. Take a round,wet edges and place some filling in the centre. Bring edges together to cover the filling. Twist to seal and fill the rest in the same way.
3. Steam for about 10 minutes and serve with hot chili and garlic sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain flour(maida)
  • 2 tbsp oil


For The Filling


  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper 
  • 2 cups grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic 
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1tsp ajinomotto
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder 

Method: 

For the Dough

  2. Add the carrot and capcicum saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame,add grated paneer,  salt, black pepper and ajinomotto and mix well. Keep aside.
How to proceed

Piña Colada cocktail recipe

Almost everyone has heard of the Piña Colada (thanks in part to the 1979 Rupert Holmes song"Escape (The Piña Colada song)") and almost just as many people have probably tried one. It is one of the most popular tropical cocktails and it is definitely one of the creamiest.

Preparation:
  1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour into a chilled cocktail or collins glass.
  4. Garnish with the pineapple wedge.

Bird Of Paradise cocktail recipe


                      Bird Of Paradise Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice (fresh)
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Grenadine
Club Soda / Sparkling Water (to fill)

Preparation:
  1. Shake all ingredients, except the club soda, vigorously with cracked ice.
  2. Strain over ice into a chilled highball glass.
  3. Fill with club soda and stir gently.

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice 
  • 2 cups sugar
Procedure:


  1. Combine pomegranate juice and sugar in a saucepan. Heat slowly over low heat (you don’t want this to simmer or even come close — the juice loses some of its color and freshness if it’s overheated), stirring the sugar until it dissolves. 
  2. Once the sugar is dissolved, immediately remove the pan from the heat. Cool, then pour into a squeeze bottle or other container with a lid, and refrigerate.

paneer butter masala recipe

Restaurant Style Paneer Butter Masala

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients:
  • 250 gms Paneer (or Tofu), cut into 1-inch cubes 
  • 2 medium Onions, finely chopped 
  • 1½ teaspoons chopped Ginger 
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves 
  • 3 medium Tomatoes 
  • 6-8 Cashew Nuts, soaked in water for 15 minutes 
  • 1 small piece of Bay Leaf 
  • 2 Green Chillies, slit lengthwise 
  • 1/2 cup Milk 
  • 2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves) 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder 
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder 
  • 1 teaspoon or to taste Red Chili Powder 
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cream 
  • 2 tablespoons Butter 
  • 2 tablespoons Oil 
  • Salt to taste

Preparations:

  1. If you are using frozen paneer cubes, then defrost them.
  2. Grind onion, ginger and garlic in a grinder and make a onion paste. Grind soaked cashew nuts with 2 tablespoons water to make a cashew nut paste. Blanch the tomatoes (put them in hot boiling water for 8-10 minutes and cover with a lid, drain and rinse them in normal cold water and remove skin) and blend them to prepare a tomato puree.
  3. Heat cooking oil and butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium flame. Add onion paste and bay leaf and sauté until onion paste turns light brown for approx. 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add green chilli and red chili powder and sauté for 30-40 seconds. Add cashew nut paste.
  5.  Stir and cook for 2-minutes.
  6. Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes or until oil starts to separate from the puree.
  7. Add coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix well.   
  8. Add 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water and salt; mix and cook until oil comes on the surface or for approx. 4-5 minutes.
  9. Add paneer cubes, kasuri methi and cook for approx 2-minutes or until you get the desired consistency of gravy.
  10. Add fresh cream.Mix properly and turn off the flame.
  11. Transfer prepared curry to a serving bowl. Garnish Punjabi paneer butter masala with milk cream or cube of butter and serve.

Green RIce recipe

                   Green rice

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Basmati Rice
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Mint
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 6 nos cloves
  • 6 nos cinnamon
  • 3 nos cardamom
  • 2 nos onion (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Water-6 cups
Preparation:
1)Blanch all the green leafy vegetables and grind them into a paste together.
2)Add oil to the pan,add cloves,cardamom,cinnamon and sauté them.
3)add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.
4)add the chopped onions and sauté them till the onions become transparent.
5)add the green leafy paste to the pan,mix well,allow it to cook foe few minutes until the boils appear.
6)add the rice and mix well.add water,salt and cover the pan with a lid.
7)allow it to cook,after the rice is cooked,garnish with coriander.
