Between the Sheets is an interestingly complex cocktail that is also sometimes called a Maiden's Prayer.

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1oz cognac or brandy
• 1oz cointreau(a liqueur made from brandy and orange peel)
• 1oz Light Rum
• 1oz Lemon or Lime Juice

Preparation:

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with the lemon twist.
